VW Settlement Stakeholder Forum

Together, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas stand to receive just shy of $87 million from the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust.

The VW Trust will support projects that reduce NOx emissions in areas where VW diesel vehicles were, or are currently operated. Each state will determine the final plan for how the funds will be utilized.

eligible trucks/buses
Repower with new diesel or AFV engine Up to 100% Up to 40%
Purchase new diesel or AFV vehicle Up to 100% Up to 25%
Repower with all-electric engine, including infrastructure Up to 100% Up to 75%
Purchase new all-electric vehicle, including infrastructure Up to 100% Up to 75%
